There is a long-standing tradition of creating dishes with different cuts of pork meat in our region, as well as of families in rural areas cultivating their own small vegetable plot with an annexed chicken coop.
With spreads laden with tempting colours and smells for our guests, our aim is to reawaken some old or even forgotten flavours. Recalling dishes from our childhood or discovering truly genuine foods make the experience all the more enjoyable, both for us and for our guests.
