OUR CURED MEATS

We also produce excellent cured meats including cotechino boiled sausage, salami, sopressa, capocollo and pancetta.

These are all made from pork that has been skilfully prepared, put in casing and left to mature.

The pigs reared on our farm live semi-wildly in the open countryside.

These products can also be purchased from our farm shop.
